this area is located on land owned by PTPN IX (Indonesian State Plantation Company), with a total area exceeding 4,000 hectares;
given the park’s convenient accessibility, connectivity, clear land ownership, competitive land prices, and existing infrastructure, the Batang Integrated Industrial Park holds significant strategic advantages and is well-known among Chinese enterprises.
“Wanshida Batang Industrial Park” will lease land within the Batang Integrated Industrial Park for construction, with a lease term of 78 years.
The first phase covers 200 hectares, including 350,000 square meters of single-story equipment factories and 700,000 square meters of double-story light industry factories. There is a certain scale of intended land being developed in Batang and beyond. It is expected to attract 200 enterprises in the next 2-3 years, drive $4 billion in investment, and create 200,000 jobs. The goal is to develop an industrial park of over 10 million square meters in 5 years, bringing more than 1 million jobs to Indonesia.
