CITIC-Wanxinda Batang Industrial Park project has made a historic breakthrough!
Since the signing of the framework cooperation agreement on 10th May under the joint witness of Secretary Zhou Zuji of Fujian Provincial Party Committee, Governor Gangar of Central Java and Ambassador Lu Kang, after 185 days and nights and countless meetings and negotiations with the Indonesian government, we finally reached a consensus on all the terms of the cooperation, and formally signed the contract on 21st November in Danareksa, Jakarta and held a press conference, and the first batch of 98 hectares was delivered in November! The first 98 hectares of land was delivered in November! Witnessing the contract signing ceremony were Mr Chen Riling, Chairman of Manzanita Group, Mr Yadi Jaya Ruchandi, President Director of PT Danareksa (Persero), Mr Chris Soemijantoro, Investment Director of PT Danareksa (Persero), Mr Edwin Darmasetiawan, Vice President of Manzanita Group, and Mr Darmasetiawan, Vice President of PT Danareksa (Persero). Darmasetiawan, President of PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang, President Ngurah Wirawan, Director of Finance and Risk Management Evi Afiatin, and other board members.
