On the morning of September 9, 2026, the China-Indonesia “Two Countries, Twin Parks” Investment Promotion Session of the 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) was successfully held in Xiamen. Co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of China, the People’s Government of Fujian Province and the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of Indonesia, and organized by the Department of Commerce of Fujian Province and the People’s Government of Fuzhou City, the event brought together hundreds of Chinese and Indonesian government and enterprise representatives for on-site exchanges.

Zhao Zenglian, Vice Governor of Fujian Provincial People’s Government; Airlangga Hartarto Simbolon, Deputy Minister of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of Indonesia; and Ling Ji, Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy Representative for International Trade Negotiations, attended the event and delivered addresses. The three officials elaborated on the sound momentum of current China-Indonesia economic and trade development, pointing out that the construction of the China-Indonesia “Two Countries, Twin Parks” initiative is advancing steadily. Serving as a vital platform for both countries to deepen production capacity cooperation and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, it has built a high-quality international cooperation hub for bilateral industrial matching and enterprises’ overseas expansion.

At the session, Chen Riling, Chairman of Wandaxin Group Indonesia, took the stage to present a special introduction to the Wandaxin Industrial Park within the Batang National Economic Zone of Indonesia. Located in the Batang National Economic Zone in Central Java, Indonesia, the Wandaxin Industrial Park covers a planned first-phase development area of approximately 300 hectares. Factory buildings in the park are being handed over and put into operation in batches. Boasting a prominent geographic location adjacent to highway networks, the economic zone enjoys a package of preferential policies covering taxation and labour. The park plans to construct high-standard factory buildings and provide one-stop landing services for enterprises going overseas, helping Chinese enterprises make stable inroads into the Indonesian market. It aims to build a modern industrial cluster focusing on textiles, light industry and other sectors, and advance the coordinated development of industrial chains between the two countries.
The investment presentations featured numerous highlights. Representatives from Chinese and Indonesian industrial parks, financial service institutions, professional legal service platforms and outstanding overseas enterprises took turns to share insights. Centering on core topics including cross-border investment policies, overseas settlement services and industrial cooperation experience, participants engaged in exchanges, creating a dynamic, pragmatic and efficient atmosphere for on-site business matching.

After the session, Chen Riling, Chairman of Wandaxin Group Indonesia, had the honour of meeting with leading officials from the People’s Government of Fujian Province, deeply experiencing the high priority all parties attach to China-Indonesia economic and trade cooperation.
Having operated in Indonesia for many years, Wandaxin Group has continuously participated in the development of the China-Indonesia “Two Countries, Twin Parks” initiative. Taking the Wandaxin Industrial Park in the Batang National Economic Zone as its core project, the Group will continue to improve the park’s infrastructure and supporting services for enterprise settlement. Moving forward, the Group looks forward to pursuing win-win cooperation with partners from all sectors, deepening bilateral industrial collaboration, and steadily advancing the China-Indonesia “Two Countries, Twin Parks” cooperation. It will contribute solid industrial strength to deepening friendly economic and trade exchanges between China and Indonesia and supporting high-quality economic development of both nations.
