To improve the employment environment and increase support for the “employment sector” of Indonesia’s national strategic projects, on July 21, 2023, Haiyani Rumondang, the Director General of Occupational Health, Safety, and Labor Supervision and Guidance of the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower, led a team of over 40 people from the ministry, provincial, and municipal levels to conduct research and provide guidance at Batang Comprehensive Industrial Park, with the leadership team of the Batang Comprehensive Industrial Park accompanying and receiving them throughout the visit.
At the same time, with the aim of strengthening international cooperation and exchanges, deeply participating in the “Belt and Road” initiative, and deepening the principles of mutual benefit and win-win outcomes, as well as enhancing the welfare of the people of both China and Indonesia, the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower has specially invited Mr. Chen Riling as the representative of the important Chinese-funded project in Batang Comprehensive Industrial Park – Wanxinda Batang Industrial Park, to accompany the inspection throughout the process.

The Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Director General Haiyani Rumondang and her delegation first visited the living facilities and the smart exhibition hall of the industrial park, and then held an on-site office meeting to deeply discuss and study how to accelerate the construction of the park, improve employee living facilities, medical security, public transportation, and vocational training, among other issues
The Director General and her delegation expressed their gratitude for the hospitality of Batang Comprehensive Industrial Park, highly praised the achievements made by the park, and also expressed great expectations for the substantial employment opportunities brought by Wanxinda Batang Industrial Park to the local area. Both sides had in-depth exchanges and communications in a harmonious and friendly atmosphere, and stated their intention to strengthen communication and cooperation to create a safer, healthier, more harmonious, and efficient working environment for Chinese and Indonesian employees, and to make a greater contribution to the joint construction of the China-Indonesia community with a shared future!
