On April 26, 2026, the 5th General Meeting of the 4th Council and the 20th Anniversary Celebration of the Guangdong Fujian Ningde Chamber of Commerce was grandly held at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center. Centered on the theme of “Ningde Merchants Gather in the Bay Area, United for a Shared Future”, the event brought together leaders at all levels, industry guests, hometown fellows from Eastern Fujian and entrepreneur representatives. They gathered to celebrate the chamber’s extraordinary 20-year journey, and jointly explore integrated development in the Greater Bay Area and new opportunities for enterprises.
Chen Riling, Chairman of Wansinda Holdings Co., Ltd. and President of the 3rd Council and Board of Supervisors of the Guangdong Fujian Ningde Chamber of Commerce, attended the grand ceremony and witnessed this milestone moment for the chamber throughout the event.

Zhu Dongxuan, President of the Guangdong Fujian Ningde Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Xueshan Group, delivered an address. Chen Yi, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Ningde Municipal Committee and Director of the United Front Work Department, delivered a speech to warmly congratulate the chamber on its 20th anniversary. She highly recognized the chamber’s solid achievements in building exchange channels between Guangdong and Fujian, supporting the growth of the private economy, and facilitating entrepreneurship for hometown entrepreneurs working away from home. Relying on the exceptional development opportunities of the Greater Bay Area, she encouraged all Ningde merchants to take root in the Bay Area, focus on real economy, cherish hometown sentiments, actively give back to their hometown, and realize resource connectivity and mutual prosperity between the two regions.
Wang Yongqing, Second-Level Inspector of the Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, offered practical references and development suggestions for the transformation, upgrading and stable operation of Ningde merchants’ enterprises in light of industry trends. He fully affirmed the pragmatic and enterprising spirit of Ningde entrepreneurs and their contributions to the Greater Bay Area, and encouraged them to seize opportunities of the times, stay at the forefront of development, forge ahead in the new development stage and create new glories.
A key highlight of the ceremony was the official licensing ceremony for the Ningde Foreign Economic Liaison Office (Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area). It builds a brand-new economic and trade cooperation platform for Ningde to connect with the Greater Bay Area, link the whole country and radiate overseas markets, laying a solid foundation for Ningde merchants to expand development tracks, conduct cross-regional resource integration and pursue international layout.
